A SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is a unique identifier for each distinct product or item in your inventory. Atrope uses SKUs to track stock levels, reorder thresholds, and movement across sites.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can evaluate every feature before committing.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or PO.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year at a 20% discount.
